Using public transport

From both NS Station Rotterdam Centraal as Rotterdam Blaak take tramlijn 21 or trsmlijn 24 both in the direction De Esch until the Oostplein stop
Metro lines A, B and C to station Oostplein are also an option.
In both cases walk to the Oostzeedijk. At the Coop supermarket in the frist block on your right hand you see the sign: Hagendoorn Makelaardij. MagnaFacta is in the same building, ring the middle bell.

Per car: parking

On the Maasboulevard (one of the main routes into Rotterdam) take the exit Havenziekenhuis. Go right at the next traffic lights and keep right. You have arrived as soon as you passed the tramstop. There is a shorter route so do trust your navigation.
In the area you have to pay to park. Payment can be done using pinpas, credit card as well as parking apps. There is almost always a place to park close by.
